This ia an OEM replacement factory hardened Ford intermediate stub shaft for the AODE 4R70W 4R70E and 4R75W transmissions. It is a direct replacement for all of the listed transmissions. This shaft will replace the weaker factory shaft found in the earlier transmissions as an upgrade to the most recent hardened shaft. This shaft also does not have the bevel leading into the smaller splines that was the weakest point on those factory shafts that were prone to breakage.
This is NOT a 300M or aftermarket "billet" shaft. It is an OEM stock replacement shaft that is factory hardened.
